GROUP CLASSES
Our group classes are health-orientated fitness classes and are focused on aerobic endurance, strength endurance, optimum flexibility, psychological and physical ability to relax, healthy diet for optimum body composition, as well as general co-ordination ability.
Aerobic endurance training is maintaining the use of the larger groups of muscles over an extended period of time, in order to stimulate the heart and circulatory system.
Good strength is not only the basis for all muscular movement, but also guarantees good body posture. It appears that a person who does not train his strength between age of 20 and 70 loses 30-40% of his muscle structure, and at the same time the quality of the muscle cells deteriorates.
